Welcome to Vizzard! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vizzard salon & spa management software. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Eligibility & Service Availability
- Vizzard is available for all users; however, initial support is limited to businesses in Gurgaon & Delhi.
- By using Vizzard, you confirm that you are legally authorized to operate a business and comply with applicable laws.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Vizzard operates on a prepaid subscription model.
- Billing starts only after the free trial ends.
- Users can cancel anytime, and refunds are subject to the refund policy.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate business information when signing up.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their business complies with local regulations (e.g., tax filings, licenses).
- Users must keep their login credentials secure and not share access with unauthorized individuals.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Users can cancel their subscription anytime.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the refund policy (partial refunds based on usage and conditions).
- Upon cancellation, all data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
6. Account Termination by Vizzard
Vizzard reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
- Non-payment for active subscriptions.
- Violation of these terms (e.g., misuse, illegal activities).
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
7. Service Availability & Uptime
- Vizzard aims for 99.9% uptime, but occasional downtime for maintenance or unforeseen issues may occur.
- If downtime occurs, users will be notified with an estimated resolution time (ETA).
- Vizzard is not liable for any business losses due to service interruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
- Vizzard software and its features are protected by copyright laws.
- Users cannot copy, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the software.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Vizzard is not liable for financial losses caused by system errors, technical failures, or incorrect usage of the software.
- Users acknowledge that Vizzard is a tool to assist in salon & spa management but does not guarantee business success or revenue increase.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Vizzard reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- If changes occur, users will be notified via email or platform notifications.
- Continued use of the software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
- Vizzard integrates with third-party services like Razorpay (payments) and Google Analytics (tracking & analytics).
- Vizzard does not control or take responsibility for any issues arising from third-party services, including transaction failures, data breaches, or service downtimes on their platforms.
- Users should review the respective third-party service provider’s terms and policies for details.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Users must contact support first to resolve disputes before taking legal action.
- These terms are governed by Indian law within the Gurgaon jurisdiction.
