We’re Anjali and Carl, founders and partners in life. With 15+ years each in our fields, we’ve always believed in listening deeply and solving problems with care.

Most salons are fully operational within 48 hours. Our white-glove onboarding includes personal demos, setting up your services & packages, company info, and staff. You'll have a dedicated success manager guiding you through each step.

Not at all. Vizzard is designed for salon owners, not tech experts. The interface is simple, and our AI handles complex automation in the background.

Yes. We support data migration during onboarding. A nominal fee may apply based on complexity. We ensure your business data stays intact.

Yes. You can schedule a private demo to see billing, AI scheduling, inventory, WhatsApp campaigns, and insights before choosing a subscription.

No. Vizzard is cloud-based. Use it on any computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access. No installs or manual updates are needed.

Yes. Sensitive data is encrypted. Our infrastructure runs on secure cloud hosting, and we follow best practices for access control, monitoring, and backups.

Daily full-database backups with a 5-day retention period. Policies may evolve as we scale.

Yes. You own your data, and exports are available only while your account is active. Use the built-in export tools or contact our Customer Support team to request an export before your account expires.

We respond promptly and aim to resolve within 2 hours during business hours unless otherwise communicated. We also publish status updates when needed.

Yes. We provide live demos, recorded videos, and step-by-step PDF guides. The app also includes guided tours (help icon on the top right).

We prioritize critical issues and respond promptly during business hours. Response times depend on complexity and current demand.

Absolutely. We'll review your processes and suggest automations, scheduling patterns, and targeted retention campaigns. Some advanced help may be part of premium onboarding.

You do, 100%. Vizzard acts as a secure custodian and processor. We never sell your client data. You can export your data using the built-in tools or request an export from Customer Support while your account is active, before it expires.

Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption-at-rest, with role-based access controls and activity monitoring to help protect your information.

Yes. While your account is active, you can export client lists, appointment history, invoices with tax breakdowns, and key reports (CSV/Excel/PDF) using the built-in tools or by requesting help from Customer Support. Please make your request before the account expires.

You can request a final export before cancellation. We then schedule account data for deletion in line with our retention and backup policies, except where retention is required for statutory or compliance needs. Backups roll off automatically per policy.

Yes. Vizzard supports GST fields on invoices, HSN/SAC, and tax breakdowns suitable for Indian businesses. Please consult your CA for filing guidance specific to your firm.

No. We do not use your company's data to train public models. AI features operate on your account's data to serve your business, and settings allow you to control automated messaging.
