Yes. While your account is active, you can export client lists, appointment history, invoices with tax breakdowns, and key reports (CSV/Excel/PDF) using the built-in tools or by requesting help from Customer Support. Please make your request before the account expires.

You can request a final export before cancellation. We then schedule account data for deletion in line with our retention and backup policies, except where retention is required for statutory or compliance needs. Backups roll off automatically per policy.

Yes. Vizzard supports GST fields on invoices, HSN/SAC, and tax breakdowns suitable for Indian businesses. Please consult your CA for filing guidance specific to your firm.

No. We do not use your company's data to train public models. AI features operate on your account's data to serve your business, and settings allow you to control automated messaging.
