Alpha-Access pricing starts at $49/month (billed annually) for a limited time. Regular pricing starts at $99/month. All plans include AI automation, WhatsApp integration, and all core features.

No hidden costs. We offer transparent pricing. Assisted onboarding (incl. WhatsApp WABA setup) may have a one-time fee; self-onboarding is free.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Refunds (where applicable) are prorated for unused months in the current cycle (quarterly = 3 months, yearly = 12 months) minus a 2% processing fee. See our Refund Policy.

You do, 100%. Vizzard acts as a secure custodian and processor. We never sell your client data. You can export your data using the built-in tools or request an export from Customer Support while your account is active, before it expires.

Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption-at-rest, with role-based access controls and activity monitoring to help protect your information.

Yes. While your account is active, you can export client lists, appointment history, invoices with tax breakdowns, and key reports (CSV/Excel/PDF) using the built-in tools or by requesting help from Customer Support. Please make your request before the account expires.

You can request a final export before cancellation. We then schedule account data for deletion in line with our retention and backup policies, except where retention is required for statutory or compliance needs. Backups roll off automatically per policy.

Yes. Vizzard supports GST fields on invoices, HSN/SAC, and tax breakdowns suitable for Indian businesses. Please consult your CA for filing guidance specific to your firm.

No. We do not use your company's data to train public models. AI features operate on your account's data to serve your business, and settings allow you to control automated messaging.

Yes. We offer a private demo so you can review core features, onboarding, and support before subscribing.

You can request a full export (clients, appointments, invoices, reports). After cancellation, we schedule your account for deletion per our retention policy, except where law requires limited retention.

Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal. Upgrades to yearly are applied at the end of the current billing cycle. Plans renew per your selected term; you can turn off auto-renew before the renewal date on your billing page. See Pricing for details.
